1 Product Overview
LM-DB1 Anti-stripping agent is a high-tech product that can significantly improve the adhesion between asphalt and all kinds of stone (eg: the stone such as granite etc.).
2 Reference Mix Amount
Input the asphalt anti-stripping agent directly into the hot melting asphalt （100～140℃）according to the optimum mix amount (2～5‰ of the asphalt mass), circulate and transmit the asphalt twice, or input it directly into the asphalt dumping device (If an asphalt dumping device is applied). Along with the asphalt circulation, the anti-stripping agent is blended with the asphalt evenly, and the mixture can be applied.Woven bags with plastic liners is adopted for packaging, 25 kg/bag. The product should be stored indoor, in a shady, cool and moisture proof place. In case the product is affected with damp agglomerate, a dry treatment should be conducted to the product and then use it. The shelf-life of the product is 5 years.

4 The Main Performance
The adhesion between stone and asphalt can be significantly enhanced through mixing asphalt anti-stripping agent (the adhesion level can reach level 4-5). Also, the asphalt with anti-stripping agent has very good water damage resistance. It can significantly improve the mechanics index including Immersion Marshall Stability of the asphalt mixture, freeze –thaw splitting strength. It can also significantly improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt, thus comprehensively improve the pavement quality；meanwhile, it has good long-term effectiveness, ie: with the increase of time the adhesion between asphalt and acidic stone dose not decrease, or even increase.
Asphalt anti-stripping agent is a polymer organic salt product. It is non-toxic, and has neither irritating odor, nor harmful volatile substance. It is a premium “environmentally-friendly” product. It is very stable in high temperature condition (eg: in asphalt dumping device). It does not volatize or decompose avoiding a reducing effect or failure.
Asphalt anti-stripping agent has a low melting point, and melt rapidly into liquid after inputting hot melting asphalt, it also has a very good compatibility with asphalt.
